Terms of Use
These terms describe the rules for using Postify — a service for creating, planning, and publishing social content with AI. By using Postify you enter into an agreement with us on the terms below.
1. Acceptance of terms
By registering for Postify or using the service, you confirm that you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Postify on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept the Terms for it. The service is available to persons aged 18 or older, or of full legal capacity in your jurisdiction.
2. Service description
Postify helps creators and brands generate ideas, copy, images, carousels, and videos, plan schedules, publish content to connected social networks, and analyze results. The feature set depends on your plan and may change as the product evolves: we may add, modify, or retire individual features.
3. Account and access
- You are responsible for sign-in security and for all activity in your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Do not transfer your account to third parties or share access outside your team.
- Do not create accounts automatically or in bulk without our permission.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
- We may suspend an account if we suspect compromise or a violation of the Terms.
4. User content
Materials you upload (texts, logos, photos, products, references) and the publications created from them remain yours. You warrant that you hold the rights to the uploaded materials and that their use does not infringe third-party rights. You grant Postify a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit these materials — solely to provide the service, including publishing to the channels you select.
5. AI generation
Texts, images, and videos are created by machine-learning models, including third-party providers. Outputs are provided as is: they may contain inaccuracies, may not be unique, and may overlap with other users’ results. The final decision to publish is yours — check facts, tone, platform rules, and legal details. You are responsible for the content you publish.
6. Connecting social networks
By connecting social networks you allow Postify to publish content and read statistics on your behalf via official APIs and authorized providers. You must comply with the rules of the respective platforms; their availability, limits, and restrictions are controlled by the platforms themselves and may change outside our control. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting a channel in settings.
7. Payments and subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing, limits, and plan contents are shown on the pricing page at purchase time; limits apply within a billing period and do not roll over. Subscriptions renew automatically when auto-renewal is on — you can turn it off at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. We may change prices and plans with advance notice; changes do not affect an already paid period.
8. Internal balance and partner program
Postify has an internal balance — virtual units that can be used to pay for a subscription. The balance is credited, among other ways, by converting partner-program rewards (with the bonus in effect at the moment of conversion). The balance is not money or electronic funds: it cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash, or transferred to others, and it is voided when the account is deleted. We may adjust accruals and suspend participation in the partner program in cases of fraud, self-referrals, or other abuse.
9. Refunds
Payments for a started billing period are non-refundable, except where expressly required by applicable law. If something went wrong, contact support — we will review your case individually.
10. Prohibited actions
- Publishing illegal, harmful, hateful, discriminatory, or misleading content.
- Using the service for spam, phishing, fraud, or attacks.
- Infringing copyrights, trademarks, or the privacy of third parties.
- Presenting AI content as statements of real people without their consent, including creating misleading images of real persons.
- Interfering with infrastructure, bypassing limits or security mechanisms, or reverse-engineering internal APIs.
- Automated access (bots, scraping) without our written permission.
- Reselling access to the service or passing its capabilities off as your own service without an agreement with us.
- Abusing the partner program: self-referrals, fake accounts, or reward manipulation.
11. Intellectual property
The Postify brand, design, source code, data models, documentation, and marketing materials belong to Postify and are protected by law. The Terms grant you no rights to them other than the right to use the service as intended.
12. Third-party services
Postify relies on third-party services: social platforms and their APIs, payment providers, AI-model and infrastructure providers. They are governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for their availability or decisions — for example, an account suspension on a social platform’s side.
13. Data and privacy
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Additional legal documents apply in certain regions — they are available in this same section.
14. Availability and service changes
We aim for stable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability: maintenance, outages, and dependencies on third-party providers are possible. Some features may be marked as experimental and operate with limitations. We may change or discontinue features; material changes to paid features are announced in advance.
15. Termination
You may delete your account in settings at any time — data will be removed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Postify may suspend or delete an account for serious or repeated violations of the Terms, notifying you where possible and legally permitted. Termination does not cancel obligations that arose before it.
16. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or specific marketing results — to the extent permitted by law. To the same extent, our aggregate liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event, and indirect damages (lost profits, data loss, reputational harm) are not compensated. Nothing in the Terms limits rights that cannot be limited by applicable law.
17. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced in advance by email and/or inside the product; continued use of the service after changes take effect means acceptance of the new version. The current version is always available on this page.
