Public Offer for the Provision of Services
This document is a public offer of ООО «ГК «Первый ИТ Альянс» (the Contractor) for the provision of access services to the Postify service. Acceptance of the offer means the conclusion of a contract on the terms set out below.
1. Terms and general provisions
Service — the Postify software product (the postify.work website and the app.postify.work application) providing tools for generating and publishing content.
Contractor — ООО «ГК «Первый ИТ Альянс».
User — an individual or legal entity that has accepted this offer.
Acceptance — full and unconditional acceptance of the offer by registering and/or paying for the services.
2. Subject of the contract
The Contractor provides the User with access to the functions of the Service within the scope of the selected plan, and the User undertakes to pay for the services in accordance with the terms of the selected plan.
3. Procedure for concluding the contract
The contract is deemed concluded from the moment of acceptance of the offer. Acceptance is recognized as registration in the Service and/or payment for the selected plan.
By accepting the offer, the User confirms that they have read its terms and the Policy on the Processing of Personal Data and have reached the age of 18.
4. Cost of services and payment procedure
The cost of services is indicated in Russian rubles on the Service’s pricing page.
Payment is made by prepayment of the selected plan (subscription period) by non-cash means through payment providers.
The services are deemed to be duly rendered if, during the reporting period, the User has not sent a reasoned claim.
5. Rights and obligations of the parties
The Contractor undertakes to provide access to the Service and to ensure its operability, except for scheduled and emergency interruptions.
The User undertakes to use the Service in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, not to violate the rights of third parties and to provide accurate data.
6. Refund of funds
The User has the right to refuse the services and demand a refund of funds for the unused subscription period by sending an application to support@postify.work.
Refunds for services actually rendered (used generations) are not made. The refund is carried out within 10 business days from the receipt of the application, by the same method by which the payment was made.
The provisions of art. 26.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation “On the Protection of Consumer Rights” apply to relations with consumers.
7. Liability of the parties
The Service is provided “as is”. The Contractor is not liable for content created by the User or for decisions made on its basis.
The parties are released from liability in the event of force majeure circumstances.
8. Validity period and amendment of terms
The contract is valid until the parties have fulfilled their obligations. The Contractor has the right to change the terms of the offer and the plans by posting a new revision on the website. Continued use of the Service means agreement with the changes.
