Consent to the Processing of Personal Data
By giving consent (including by ticking the relevant box during registration or when submitting a form), the user confirms the following.
1. Operator to whom consent is given
I consent to ООО «ГК «Первый ИТ Альянс» (ИНН 7725842448, ОГРН 5147746111013, address: 109147, г. Москва, ул. Таганская, д. 34А, эт. 3, оф. 312) processing my personal data on the terms set out below and in the Policy on the Processing of Personal Data.
2. Composition of personal data
Consent is given to the processing of the following data: surname, first name; email address; profile and company data; content uploaded by me; information about connected social network accounts; IP address, device data and cookies; payment information.
3. Purposes of processing
Processing is carried out for the purposes of registration and provision of access to the Service, performance of the contract, provision of content generation and publication services, technical support, sending of service messages and (subject to separate consent) advertising messages, as well as for other purposes specified in the Policy.
4. List of actions and methods of processing
The consent covers the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, refinement, extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction of data with and without the use of automation tools.
5. Transfer to third parties
I agree to the assignment of the processing of my personal data to third parties (infrastructure providers, mailing services, payment and AI services) provided that they comply with the requirements of 152-FZ.
6. Cross-border transfer
I am notified that, for content generation functions, certain data may be transferred to processors outside the Russian Federation in compliance with the requirements of art. 12 of 152-FZ.
7. Validity period and withdrawal of consent
The consent is valid from the moment it is given for the term of use of the Service and thereafter within the periods established by law. The consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending an application to privacy@postify.work.
8. Confirmation
By ticking the box and continuing to use the Service, I confirm that I have read this Consent and the Policy on the Processing of Personal Data, and that I act freely, by my own will and in my own interest.
