1. Scope
This policy applies to the Postify web interface, public pages, and API. The controller is the company operating the service.
2. Data we collect
We process account data, business profile details, content, schedules, media, and technical data such as IP, device, and security events.
3. Why we use it
- To provide and improve the service.
- To let AI create content relevant to your brand.
- To protect accounts and detect abuse.
- To send important system notices and product emails.
4. AI content processing
When you use AI features, your prompt and brand context may be sent to AI providers to generate the result. We do not use your content to train public models.
5. Who we share data with
- Cloud hosting and storage.
- Transactional email for sign-in and password reset.
- AI providers for text and visual generation.
- Payment providers for subscriptions; we do not store card details.
- Social networks — only for channels you connect.
6. Storage and security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Team access follows least privilege, and core data is deleted within 30 days after account deletion.
7. Your rights
- Request a copy of your data.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your account and related data.
- Object to certain types of processing.
- File a complaint with a supervisory authority.
8. Cookies and analytics
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication, language, and theme. Analytics are aggregated product metrics only, with no tracker sales to ad networks.
9. Minors
The service is not intended for children under 16. If a minor created an account, tell us and we will delete the data.
10. International transfers
Some processors may be outside your country. We use contractual and technical measures to provide comparable protection.
